Partnership with us

Partner with Us in 4 Steps

This page sets out how a partnership with Gabrielia Ads is established. The inventory you control is registered first. An introductory meeting is then held to confirm the intention on both sides, and that intention is recorded on paper. The terms that follow from it are signed, after which your inventory is presented to our clients. Each step states what we require from you and what it produces.

01 Register inventory — a surface the channel owner actually controls

Register inventory

The inventory you control is registered in full. This is the first and most important contribution to the cooperation: the more complete the register, the greater the share of it we are able to place with our clients. No subsequent step can proceed without it.

Media and surfaces owned, leased, or held under agency rights, together with any inventory controlled beyond your own portfolio

Positions and formats, distinguishing availability that is genuinely open this year from inventory that is never released

The rate card in full: rates for each position and each surface, CPM and CPA, package pricing, fixed fees, and time-slot rates

Seasonal demand patterns and hold periods across the calendar year

Production requirements, artwork specifications, and cut-off times

The commercial terms on which you operate: agency commission, volume tiers, and payment terms

02 Introductory meeting — the working session, media map on the table

Introductory meeting

An introductory meeting is held by telephone, video conference, or in person, at your convenience. You are welcome to include as many colleagues as the discussion requires. The purpose of the meeting is to confirm the intention to cooperate on both sides, to establish which Chinese brand categories are suited to your inventory, and to align your formats and available windows with current client demand.

Confirmation of the intention to cooperate, on both sides

The Chinese brand categories suited to your inventory

The alignment of your formats, positions, and windows with our client requirements

Availability, hold rules, and production lead time

Next steps, and any further items required prior to signature

03 Memorandum of Understanding — the one-page document and its signature line

Memorandum of Understanding

The memorandum is one page in length, numbered and dated. It expresses the initial intention of both sides to cooperate and creates no obligation on either of them. This step is material to us. It marks the beginning of the cooperation. Once the memorandum is signed, we are able to present your inventory to our clients, and that is the point at which the work commences.

✔ The intention to continue working together.

✔ Confidentiality of the commercial information.

✖ Any amount, volume, discount, commission, or budget figure.

✖ Any payment obligation and legal commitment.

05 Long-term partnership and conditions — what comes next

Long-term partnership & Conditions

This may be signed as soon as the intention is confirmed and is not conditional upon a pilot. It is the document that governs a defined period. Three matters may be discussed at this stage:

A quarterly framework. Commercial terms for a defined period, enabling us to present your inventory to our clients on stated terms.

Priority in a format or a category. First sight of briefs within an agreed vertical.

An exclusivity or agency agreement. Where exclusivity is discussed, it is raised by you and accompanied by a volume condition. We do not open with a request for it.

Let's start the cooperation from the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

One page, numbered and dated, in English and Russian. It records one matter only: that both sides intend to continue working toward specific placements. It is the point at which the cooperation is placed on record, without either side assuming an obligation.

The memorandum

Next step

Action 01

Register your inventory

Send your full inventory — media, positions, formats, and availability — together with your rate card stating the basis of every rate, including CPM or CPA, and the commercial terms on which you operate. A single message is sufficient.

We reply within three working days with the client categories that correspond to your submission.

Action 02

Download the memorandum

Our standard memorandum of understanding is bilingual, English and Russian, with Hong Kong as the seat of arbitration and a term of twelve months. Download it, read it, and sign it in whichever version suits your internal filing.

We also accept your own memorandum. If your company works from its own template, send it and we will review and sign it, provided it records the intention of cooperation, the confidentiality obligation, and the term. No amendment on our side is required.
